Updated Internal Review and Approval Form

Sponsored Programs would like to bring to your attention that we have made minor changes to the Internal Review and Approval Form (IRAF).  These changes were made to conform to new Financial Conflict of Interest regulations from the US Public Health Services (PHS) that go into effect on August 24.  In short, the changes reduce the threshold for financial conflict from $10,000 to $5,00

National Endowment for the Humanities Summer Stipends

The National Endowment for the Humanities Summer Stipends program supports individuals pursuing advanced research that is of value to scholars and general audiences in the humanities. Recipients usually produce articles, monographs, books, digital materials, archaeological site reports, translations, editions, or other scholarly tools. The program supports projects at any stage of development.

Fringe Benefit Updates for FY 2013

The Budgeting Office has released fringe benefits rate for FY 2013. Rates will increase on July 1, 2012 for most employee classes. Effective immediately, the following rates must be used in all grant proposal budgets for FY 2013. For multi-year projects, a budget increase of 2 percentage points is recommended annually.
