Application Forms Now Available for Revised Human Research Subjects Regulations

Revisions to the federal policy governing the use of human research subjects went into effect on Monday, January 21, 2019. All studies involving human subjects initially reviewed as of this date are required to follow the revised policy.

Updated application forms, templates, and guidance documents are available online for use in preparing applications for studies to be reviewed under the revised guidelines.

The online submission window opened on Monday, January 21, 2019, and applications are being processed for review.
